Cotton Candy Care provides compassionate, non-medical home care for people who need extra support with daily life. We offer private-pay services that respect each person’s routines, dignity, and independence.
Our services support seniors, adults with disabilities, people recovering at home after an illness or hospital stay, and families who need help caring for a loved one. Care can also be helpful for someone who simply wants companionship or assistance with everyday tasks.
Our approach centers on warm, respectful support that feels personal. We value patience, dependability, and meaningful connection, with care shaped around the person’s everyday needs and preferences. “The Sweetest Care in Town” reflects the kindness we want every client and family to experience.
Please tell us where support is needed. Care at another residence or setting may be possible, depending on the location, the services requested, caregiver availability, and any rules that apply to that setting.
Our services include companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation and errands, respite care, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, post-hospital assistance, overnight care, and live-in care. The services included in an individual’s care depend on their needs and the agreed arrangements.
Yes. We offer non-medical support for people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, including companionship and assistance with familiar daily routines. Please share any concerns about wandering, sleep, behavior, or personal care so we can discuss whether our services can meet the person’s needs.
Yes. Post-hospital assistance can include meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and help with everyday routines. Our role is non-medical; nursing care, rehabilitation, and treatment remain with the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Transportation and errands are part of our service offering. Tell us about appointments, grocery trips, or other outings your loved one needs. Transportation arrangements, mobility needs, caregiver availability, and any related charges should be confirmed before an outing is scheduled.
Respite care gives a family caregiver time away from caregiving while their loved one receives support. It can be helpful when you need rest, have work or personal commitments, or are planning time away. Contact us to discuss the care and schedule needed.
Tell us about your loved one’s routines, personality, interests, care needs, and communication preferences. These details help guide the discussion about a suitable caregiver. Available options depend on the support required and caregiver availability.
You are welcome to share preferences, including experience with particular daily care needs, language, and comfort with personal care. Requests can be discussed during the consultation, although a specific caregiver or preference cannot be guaranteed.
Please contact Cotton Candy Care and explain your concerns. Your loved one’s comfort matters. We can discuss what is not working and the options available, including whether a different caregiver may be a better fit.
During the consultation, let us know which family members your loved one authorizes us to communicate with. We can discuss a main contact person, the updates you would find helpful, and available communication arrangements while respecting the client’s privacy.
The start date depends on your loved one’s needs, location, requested schedule, and caregiver availability. Contact us with your preferred start date so we can discuss the assessment and next steps. A start date needs to be confirmed before care begins.
Please tell us the days and times you need, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Availability depends on the care requested and staffing at your location. We can confirm scheduling options and applicable rates when discussing your care needs.
Yes. Support may be needed temporarily after a hospital stay, while a family caregiver takes a break, or on an ongoing basis for daily living. Tell us how long you expect to need help so we can discuss suitable arrangements and availability.
Contact us when your loved one’s needs or routines change so the care arrangements can be reviewed. Any changes depend on the services required and caregiver availability. Please confirm revised hours, tasks, and pricing before relying on a new schedule.
Pricing depends on the services and level of support your loved one needs. Because care needs vary, we discuss rates directly with each family. Contact us to describe your situation and request pricing for the care you are considering.
Private pay means the client, family, or another responsible party pays Cotton Candy Care directly for services. It allows you to discuss care based on your loved one’s needs without applying for a government-funded care program through us.
Cotton Candy Care provides private-pay services only. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or state waiver programs for our services. Please contact us if you would like to discuss private-pay care for your loved one.
Yes. Share your budget and the tasks for which support is most needed. We can discuss available services and pricing so you can consider an arrangement that works for your family. Scheduling requirements and caregiver availability still apply.
Complete our Request a Consultation form or contact us by phone or email. Tell us who needs care, where support is needed, and how we can reach you. We will follow up by phone or email to discuss your needs and schedule an assessment.
The assessment is an opportunity to talk about daily routines, the tasks that are becoming difficult, personal preferences, and the support you are looking for. It helps clarify whether our non-medical services are a suitable fit and what care arrangements to discuss next.
It helps to have the care location, a list of tasks needing support, your preferred schedule, and the best contact information. Please also be ready to discuss mobility needs, memory concerns, and relevant daily routines. You do not need to have every detail figured out before contacting us.
Yes, you can contact us to begin discussing support for a loved one who lives in our service area. Their preferences and consent remain central to the process. Let us know who should be involved and whether an authorized representative is helping with decisions.
You do not need to choose services before reaching out. Start by telling us what a typical day looks like and which tasks are becoming difficult. We can help you explore how our non-medical services may fit your loved one’s situation.
Start by listening to what concerns them and asking which everyday tasks they would welcome help with. Include them in conversations and decisions whenever possible. Let us know about their concerns so we can discuss an approach that respects their comfort, preferences, and independence.
